PCM general manager Milt Johns said the residents at Laguna Woods Village spend about $5 per household per year for these types of events,
Now, granted that is a very low amount of money, but for me it would depend at least partly on whether these employees were full time employees of the retirement village or not.
I think it was appropriate for the property management firm to do those things for employee morale, but I am not sure it was appropriate for them to reimburse themselves from the retirement village's coffers.
