Really jealous of all of y'all getting snow.  Same theme here... send it my way!  Didn't get any last year, and my boys pouted (as did mommy!) so we're still holding out hope of snow this year for us.  They're saying that if it comes, may be in March, but I'm afraid we're doomed again this year to no snow.   Sad

Well we have been fortunate this winter in the snow department or lack there of it.  My plow contractor has only been out twice this year :-).  We are supposed to get some snow tonight and tomorrow, but not sure just how much 1-3" depending on where you live I am sure.  I'll take this kind of Winter though, not complaining after last Winter.

Countrigal, you are more than welcome to my share of the snow.  It was no ful digging out the car at 4am with temperatures of minus 6!

I have, however, requested one of my fb friends (school contemporary!) to being some sun back from her holiday - doubt she will though, more's the pity!

Can I just say that we FINALLY got some winter-like weather?!  Saturday, it finally got cold enough to pull out the "heavy" jackets, which for anywhere other than the South would have been the jackets y'all wear in the fall.  Our temps finally dropped down to the 30's during the day... but no frost on the windshields, so not that low.  And it still remains that way today.  My boys complained when I made them wear their big jackets and not sweatshirts, which is all they've worn until Sat, but I don't need them sick.  I'm sure that by Wednesday, the weather will have warmed up again, making the cold bugs happy and prolific.  Sad
