I have to wear makeup everyday or I just look awful. I have VERY pale skin, light colored eyes, eyebrows and lashes. My eyebrows get dyed when I get my hair dyed. The lashes must have mascara or you just can't see them. Plus, I'll admit it, I am very vain. So I always put on makeup in the mornings and check it through out the day - not constantly but I look at myself in the mirror before going into meetings to make sure nothing is running where it shouldn't be and then after lunch I usually reapply some eyeliner and lipstick and do a very quick pass with the powder foundation. I get manicures about every other week.
My boyfriend, who used to work in the same office I do, kids me about being "high-maintenance" and tells people he's never seen me without makeup (he has) but he confesses that he loves it that I take care of my appearance and pamper myself (I thinks he thinks I do it for his benefit - silly man!)

I never ever wear make-up to work, just put some moisturiser on or sunblock dependant on the weathe, fair skinned and burn really easily I do wear make up sometimes if I am going out in the evening but never during the day.
