People who leave chunks of food in the kitchen sink

People who take the last cup of coffee and dont start a new pot

Always the person who jams the photo copier and walks away.  (Don't they realize I can figure out who did it once I see the jammed paper?)

Co workers that don't water their plants (the poor plants looks so sad)

#1  co workers that expect me to drop everything to do their (many times stupid) request when not asking me when I can get to it, or what my priorities are at that moment.

People who come to my desk and instead of asking me for what ever they are looking "scan" all over my desk to see if its there.  I am sitting right there.  They can look me in the eye and say "hey, do you have the XYZ report?"  Instead, they don't talk to me, just stand there looking all over the desk.  I've actually said to people "please stop trying to read everything on my desk and just tell me what you are looking for".  Yes, they get upset when I say that  Grin

I, too, dislike grumps and gossips.  What we loosely call "gossip" has many facets, but it is often destructive and harmful, particualrly if it damages people's reputations.  We must be careful about grumps.  It is worth finding out what is making grumpy people grumpy.   Sometimes it may be personal difficulties which are not so easy to leave behind when one comes to work.

On a more personal level, I thoroughly dislike people who are inconsiderate of others, whether it be in terms of the level of noise they inflict on other people or the slovenly way in which dump things in the kitchen sink, leave tea-towels on the floor (Huh) and leave cupboard doors open.  Making things pleasant for everyone is a GOOD thing to do.
