Cathy - don't forget there is a large chunk of luck in some of this ... and I know the progress will slow down now but I got really lucky in that this job has been exactly what it says on the tin. There is also an art to going with the flow when luck directs you and there will be other things I have sacrificed to take that chance. Finally never underestimate the empowerment of a positive and motivating environment to hep you along.
