Sorry, I wrote it in a hurry.  I was working in an office last summer where one girl had access to about 10-12 different diaries of managers.  Her Outlook kept crashing and the IT folk said she shouldn't really have more than 3-4 diaries!  Impossible.  Outlook wasn't designed for that.
