what a great piece of insider info for Dettu.
However, I do think bossie needs to realise what he's doing and how inconvenient his 'whims' actually are.
What would happen if you were to be off sick for a long time - or (unthinkable!) if you were to leave? What would happen in that spell where there may be nobody handling his hotel bookings. And if he HAD to go back to using the system he should be using anyway, would they stand for all these whims? I don't think so somehow!
Have a go at talking to him - but don't be aggressive, and don't be defensive - show him what he will get out of it (always the best idea!) if he sorts hmself out and eases your stress!
