We just purchased a Canon Imagerunner 3300, which I LOVE!!
We had a Canon 6250 before that.  We have never had many service problems with the Canon equipment but we also have a great company that services them.  We always buy instead of leasing.  Since we have several offices, we are able to send the "not so new" stuff to replace someone elses "really old stuff".
