We have a Canon GP335, now superseded by the way, for the last 2.5 years and it's been excellent. The fax is integrated in it so I was a bit nevous at first because if the copier breaks down, the fax doesn't work!!! However it only happened once and the response time is usually very good (2 to 3 hrs in general)
I am definitely getting another Canon, probably the GP400 (I think it's the one that replaces the GP335). However I am not likely to through Canon direct as I think they are a bit expensive. We are in the process of getting an IR3300 for another site and the lease with this dealer is cheaper than the lease for the GP335 with Canon.
