People who come to my desk and instead of asking me for what ever they are looking "scan" all over my desk to see if its there.  I am sitting right there.  They can look me in the eye and say "hey, do you have the XYZ report?"  Instead, they don't talk to me, just stand there looking all over the desk.  I've actually said to people "please stop trying to read everything on my desk and just tell me what you are looking for".  Yes, they get upset when I say that
