I know...you just have to bite your tongue, grit your teeth and get on with it.

Anyway I was very resourceful today.  Managed to get my travellers into a hotel at the airport near the event exhibition centre.  Not sure I am allowed to post the site, but if you are ever stuck for accommodation at the last minute, it's a very useful site.
