Although I have accounts on all of them, the only one I am really active on from a posting perspective is LinkedIn. I think anyone who doesn't use that one on a professional level is missing a real future networking opportunity. There are surveys with HR that have been done that said 18% of HR professionals did NOT interview someone for a job because they couldn't find any social media presence for the candidate. On the other hand, 35% have decided not to make an offer to a candidate because of something the candidate said or did on social media, so there's the flip side of not being stupid about what you post.
