I was on a search to find a picture of a dais with speakers having tent cards in front of them, and happned across this PDF. Haven't looked through it, but the TOC looks promising. The title is "How to Plan, Administrer, and Evaluate Training Conferences and Technology Fairs". It is on the Federal Health & Human Services website. Maybe there are some useful checklists for someone.

Went back to my search results to try to find the picture I'm looking for, and found another resource!
