VenueDesk Listing – Application Details
VenueDesk has been launched following the success of our comprehensive Event section introduced in January 2004. This section is packed full of tools, how tos and information to assist PAs in their capacity for planning, managing and booking meetings, conferences and events. We cover everything from venues across the country, corporate hospitality, team building, Christmas and summer parties etc, to downloadable tools such as a site visit check list along with PA reviews and Reader Events. VenueDesk is the natural progression for enhancing DeskDemon's offer to our audience who are key players in event management.
VenueDesk will provide you with the ability to showcase your venues through a well defined format which includes four photographs and up to 500 words of text. You will also have a facility for your prospective clients on DeskDemon to request further information and/or availability directly from yourselves, providing you with immediate access to a live lead.
Furthermore, you will also have the facility to change any aspect of your VenueDesk listing yourself as often as you wish because we provide you with a your own Administration account and control Panel. Using the control panel you can easily modify any part of your listing including photographs and/or text and highlighting any special offers / promotions you have to offer throughout the year.
