- Dr Lynda Shaw is a registered chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine as well as an entrepreneur and author.
- Having founded and operated two successful businesses with impressive first year turnover and number of staff to manage, Dr Shaw understands first-hand how expensive and challenging a workforce can be.
- Dr Shaw has lectured in Psychology and Neuroscience at Brunel University and conducted research on brain function and impairment, specialising in consciousness, emotion and the effects of ageing.

- Dr Lynda Shaw is a mother of two and in her 'spare time' Lynda is an author of adult and children's books.
- Dr Shaw lives a healthy lifestyle, and as a compulsive traveler enjoys activities such as kayaking around the icebergs in Antarctica and has trekked in the mountains of 6/7 continents.
- Dr Shaw is also involved in various charity work, including voluntary social work for the elderly, and has worked on committees for the NSPCC and RNLI and as an ambassador for The Children's Society. She also supports GOSH and Cystic Fibrosis charities
