Alison Boler

Personal Assistant at ITV

Alison has been the Personal Assistant to three Heads of Legal & Business Affairs at ITV since 2007, providing extensive PA support as well as working on the legal and contract areas of Drama, Factual, Sport and Acquisitions across all of ITV's channels.

She has worked as a Legal PA for the past 15 years in a variety of Entertainment companies including Sony Music (PA to Director of Business Affairs), MTV Networks Europe (PA to SVP Business Affairs) and the BBC (PA to Head of Independent Drama). Her PA roles have included drafting record deals for world-famous bands and working on the annual MTV Europe Music Awards.

Alison was the Runner Up in the 2012 Executive PA Magazine/Hays PA of the Year Awards and has subsequently spoken at various PA events in London.

Alison took a year-long career sabbatical in 2006 to live and work in Oslo as an English teacher and in her spare time is writing her first novel. Alison also is a guest writer and reviewer for DeskDemon.

Her fields of expertise are: supporting multiple-bosses, working as a Legal PA and the realities of being a successful PA in the Entertainment Industry.
