Public and private sector organisations from across the UK have won a place in the 2013 Top Employers for Working Families Special Awards shortlist. The shortlisted organisations have reached this final stage because of their innovative policies and practices which support working parents, carers and flexible workers with both work-life balance and career development.

Now in its 5th year, Top Employers for Working Families shines a light on innovation in designing family-friendly and flexible work policies. The Special Awards recognise UK organisations that have developed successful policies and practices to support work-life balance and career development for working parents, carers and flexible workers.
