As the countdown to Christmas gathers pace, selecting ‘something different’ for a business or private celebration becomes paramount. In the buzzing media hub of Fitzrovia, Pescatori, Italian & Seafood Restaurant at 57 Charlotte Street, London W1, is offering a choice of menus, available from 19 November.
 
With Roasted ricotta, hazelnut and pear salad, Monkfish & Tuna carpaccio with vegetable tartare, Seabass fillet with Calabrian ‘nduja crust, black Venere rice and braised fennel, and a selection of Cheese with mostarda di frutta di Cremona and carasau bread, this is great value at just £35 per person.  And there is much more to choose from this menu, not just fish, including a main course of Beef rib eye tagliata with wild mushrooms rocket & parmesan shavings. 

Upgrade to the ‘Celebration’ menu at £45 for five courses at choice, including Cauliflower soup, black truffle & extra virgin olive oil, Lobster with pink grapefruit, smoked crispy pancetta, a refreshing Green apple sorbet affogato (drowned) in Prosecco, Monkfish tail with clams and crispy prosciutto, and a delicious selection of desserts and cheeses. Luxury and unusual ingredients such as Castelmagno DOP cheese, black truffle shavings, purple potatoes, dandelion salad, figs compote, all feature in other dishes from this menu.
