Flight International's tablet edition is not simply a replica of the print magazine. "We are calling it a hybrid - it features all the great stories and content from Flight, and more. The more is photo carousels, videos and scrolling text," said Murdo Morrison, Editor of Flight International.
"Flight International has been published in print for over 100 years and it is exciting to deliver this famous brand via new tablet technology," said Pilling.
Readers can now buy any combination of Flight's print, digital or iPad editions, and swap their print subscription for access to the iPad edition if they prefer.
Flight International will be available on Android tablet devices in the not too distant future too.
