InterContinental London Park Lane has launched
InterContinental Meetings, a new meetings programme for bookers and business delegates which has been designed to guarantee a seamless service from booking to boardroom. InterContinental London Park Lane is one of 20 hotels across Europe that will be offering this new programme.
As part of InterContinental Meetings, InterContinental London Park Lane has committed to a two hour response time to booking enquiries, a proposal 24 hours after an enquiry is placed and a dedicated service manager on-site to ensure all meetings run smoothly. Meeting bookers will also have access to new, state-of-the-art online tools such as interactive floor plans to help them plan an event.
Another feature of InterContinental Meetings is the new
Insider Collection which will provide delegates with the chance to experience London whilst here on business.
Insider Collection draws on InterContinental London Park Lane’s local knowledge offering delegates the opportunity to book tailored meeting experiences such as team building activities and off-site meeting venues that are unique to London.
