Low cost British airline bmibaby has started their new service between London Stansted and Belfast. The inaugural flight took place on 28th March.
The new flights will operate three times a day from Monday to Friday and once on Sundays. The Stansted service will complement existing flights between Belfast City and London Heathrow operated by bmibaby’s parent airline bmi.
A spokesman for the bmi group said the new route will provide convenient links between London and the heart of Belfast for leisure and business travellers alike.
He added: “Our customers will now have the choice of a full service carrier to Heathrow, or a low-cost offering to Stansted airport.”
