Peer tip: “For my main boss, I set the alarm on my mobile phone and then call to remind him. I carry my phone with me through the office so that works for me. There are a couple other guys I help support, and for them I set the reminder function on the appointment on their calendar. They have Treos, which automatically syncs with their Outlook calendar, so they get a reminder message on their mobile phone.
