Don't make a long list of “look at how much I do for you” but instead approach it from a business perspective, outlining what you do and suggesting areas for improvement. For example, if you work for more than one manager, make suggestions about how you could prioritise their conflicting demands. Showing initiative and delivering solutions will do much good to your credibility.
