Filebox numbered 1 to 31.  Used to file or chase something at a later date.  I use it for travel docs and invites to lunches etc.  It means even though my bosses might task themselves to do something, the paperwork is not actually filed away until the meeting or event or task comes round.  Also use it for letters/complaints - I would cc the details to the relevant dept but would chase it up after 7-10 days to get a status report for my boss.  Been a long time since I've used it but it works ok.  Usually the first thing I do each morning while logging in.
