My recommendation would be to coordinate with a TMC, travel management company.  Travel Incorporated is a good one I have worked with in the past.  They have dedicated agents to the account.  Orbitz for Business is good too.  Shop around and compare their fees, based on the size of your group.

Goal Accomplished!  Have a new job, great company and great co workers and boss.  Everything happens for a reason, "One door closes and another opens". 

Having been laid off on my 34th anniversary with a company, my main goal for 2016 is find a job in a company with a culture I identify with.   

We have approx. 160, domestic.

Mostly happy.  However, with changes in the company culture since a merger, and my boss of a long time retiring, I find myself not as enthused as I was a couple of years ago, and earlier in my career as an EA.  I like my bosses, respect them, and learn from them.  But adjusting to change is never easy I guess.

We have recently been using Unified Communications Systems and Interactive Whiteboard connecting with offices around the world.   What new technologies Have been introduced into your work environment? 

Also, going to an open office floor plan, no cubicles, offices or low walled cubicles.  Sitting areas and Huddle rooms (for group meetings, conference calls and group collaboration.  Anyone else work in that environment, and if so, do you like it?

I am back.  Alot has gone on since my last post several months ago, but do check in from time to time.  I love this site!  Alot of great information share.

No.   I do not think I would consider it.

I do not have any true friends at work.  A friend is someone you trust.  There are a couple of people I work with that I trust, but do not socialize with them outside of work.  I do have friends I coworkers I stayed in touch with over the years after they have left the co.  However, I consider them all acquaintances.  I, like Atlanta, keep my work life and home life separate.

We have a facilities crew and movers.  My bosses have never requested I move their offices.  However, I did have one who expected it, but I had the movers pack it and she unpacked. 

I agree with Atlanta.  Our office has a dress code.  Funny you should sake the reminder email just went out this week.  No slippers, pajama bottoms, sweats, beach shoes.....yes, open toed "flip flops".  I have seen it all in this office.  I try to dress respectable, sometimes jeans on Friday.
