I'd like to hear how you all keep organized. How do you organize your inbox, pending and work in progress files. What files do you keep in your right hand drawer? Your filing tray? I work for three people and I have 3 trays with filing I put in 3 big binders with subject dividers. Since I enter a great deal of requisitions, I keep a separate file for that. All reference materials are on my desk. Any helpful hints appreciated.

I found in our inventory a mini- cabinet with wheels and stuck it under my attachment. I transferred office supplies in there from my cabinet and top drawer. I now have free space in the drawer and will keep my scissors, tape "white out", LOTS of extra pens. I am requesting a computer shelf and underneath I will put the other items left on my desk such as my stickie pad and clip holder. When I left today, my desk looked so much better. What do I put on my attachment? I need that space to open books but for now I have a couple personal items, my stamp and tape dispenser.

I just go a cubicle and I need ideas. My desk is very small with a left attachment against the wall. Behind me is a shelf case and a cabinet. Around my cubby are wall shelves. My inbox is on the right hand top corner, below that is a typing paper holder, my phone to the left, small items around my keyboard and my computer. I keep a file divider with important papers behind my phone. I am fixing to get a tray for my stickies, clips, etc. I need ideas to get my desk organized and not look so cluttered. I work for three people and most of my work is budget and memos. Any ideas welcomed!
