Tattoos - Cover or Not?

I see more and more people getting tattoos. Is there a point they should be covered in the work or does it depend on the tattoo? Is it different for guys then girls?
What do you think?

I think it depends on a lot of factors - the type of business you work in, workplace rules, interaction with customers, formality of role, etc.
There absolutely are some places where tattoos would be held against you and you would be wise to cover them in those circumstances.
The rules overall are relaxing though and they are definitely slowly becoming more accepted, especially "non-controversial" tattoos.

Depends on the company culture, but I would cover up if interviewing. Once I learn about the dress code I would decide. I do not have any tatoos, so just my thoughts.
