Avery has a template and card stock a single page makes two door hangers and on each hanger is a tear off (business) card.  It's mean for sales teams, or pizza delivery discounts!  Avery template 16150 if you want to check it out.
I wouldn't put it on their door, but at the beginning of the interview when I hand over a business card I would hand the do not disturb hanger with the business card on the bottom that can be detached.
