Happy, in a building with 300 people, believe me, it's more hygienic to bring in and wash your own mug.  I certainly wouldn't be using a communal mug!

Having said that the vending machines dispense paper cups but you can insert your own mug if you choose to do so.

For info, we have no dishwasher in this building of my current company but we did in my previous company.  Really depends on the set up and how each office works.  Here, you wash your own dishes and I prefer that.  In my previous company staff got lazy and left their dirty dishes in the sink - disgusting and only breeds germs.  You wouldn't live like that at home, so don't do it in work!
