Well if one person wants to drink out of a paper cup and the other wants to drink out of a mug I don't think there is anything you can do.

If like most companies you recycle paper, toner cartridges etc then I think that is the most you as an individual can assist with.

What others choose to do in the workplace is entirely up to them.
