How do people find time to interview when your time is micro managed?  I but can't find time to interview.  I have had to pass on two that I managed to schedule at lunch people I had to run errands.  I feel in a no win situation!

I try to schedule them very early in the morning or very late. I've also done it over lunch. Possibly taking a day of vacation or a sick day is another possibility. That's pretty much a challenge for any job seeker that's presently employed.
