I think I'd say make the most of what you've got and all the opportunities that come your way.  Life has taken some different turns than perhaps I'd prefer, sometimes due to not taking up those opportunities.  Also, cherishing your loved ones would be a priority too as I lost a couple of people very close to heart (as well as my age) not long after when I was 20.
Investing in a technological company would have been a good thing too.
