We have recently been using Unified Communications Systems and Interactive Whiteboard connecting with offices around the world.   What new technologies Have been introduced into your work environment? 

Also, going to an open office floor plan, no cubicles, offices or low walled cubicles.  Sitting areas and Huddle rooms (for group meetings, conference calls and group collaboration.  Anyone else work in that environment, and if so, do you like it?
