This is an easy read. It is told through the story of Tony and Jeff and their mentor sessions. I found the advice and information useful and actually able to put some to practical use. Some of the advice I already do, but all in all it gave me a fresh new look on success. For a non fiction or I guess it sorta is fiction, I thought it was an enjoyable book.

You were asking on the forum about money saving ideas - have you read Maverick by Ricardo Semler? It is a biography, but very readable. It won't necessarily give you direct money saving ideas for your business but it will show that it is possible to make radical change within a business and you may find it inspirational in looking afresh at your office and how changes could be implemented.
