1. Your personal details may be used by DeskDemon to contact you in regards to this or other promotions, however your personal details will NOT be disclosed to Pentel or any other third parties.
2. The closing date is 5.00pm on 14th August 2010. No entries will be accepted after this date.
3. First 1,000 entries will be picked to be sent a Pentel EnerGel Xm liquid gel pen.
4. The sample cannot be exchanged for cash, is subject to change, and is non refundable, non exchangeable, and non transferable.
5. Pentel reserves the right without liability to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time if they feel that this promotion has been compromised in any way.
6. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Pentel Europe, its agencies or their families. Access to the Internet is required.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted.
8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
