Terms & Conditions

  1. Your personal details will NOT be disclosed to Nestlé UK Ltd or any other third parties with the exception of the winners' details.
  2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Nestlé UK Ltd and DeskDemon, their immediate families, agents or anyone associated with the administration of this promotion.
  3. Closing time/date for receipt of all entries is 5.00pm on 31st December 2008. (Entry is online only).
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  5. There is 1 pair of tickets to a concert at The O2 arena To be won. The prize includes one pair of VIP tickets to The O2 arena (maximum of £200 per pair of VIP tickets), including access to VIP area plus £200 spending money.
  6. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the due closing date and in the presence of an independent person.
  7. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.
  8. Tickets are subject to availability. An events calendar will be issued to the winner detailing the acts and dates and updated as further acts are announced. Tickets are not guaranteed to any event. Tickets must be redeemed by 30/11/2009.
  9. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise their own travel to and from the event. All travel/accommodation costs to be funded by the prize winner and/or their travelling companion.
  10. No cash alternative is offered in lieu of the stated prize and the prize is non-transferable.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the unlikely case that it should become unavailable.
  12. The promoter further reserves the right without liability to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time if they feel that this promotion has been compromised in any way.
  13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or fail to arrive due to technical difficulties or network problems.
  14. Entries from third parties or consumer groups will not be accepted.
  15. Employees must have the permission of their employer or senior manager to participate.
  16. Any tax liability arising from the award of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  17. The name and county of the prize winner will be made available to anyone sending a stamped addressed SAE to "DeskDemon & Nescafe BFE - The 02 Prize Draw", Splash Communications, 8 Gay Street, Bath, BA1 2PH.
  18. The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  20. The winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the promoter.
