Terms & Conditions

1. Your personal details may be used by DeskDemon to contact you in regards to this or other promotions, however your personal details will NOT disclosed to M-real Fine b.v., or any other third parties with the exception of the winners' details.
2. The closing date is 5.00pm on 9th July 2010. No entries will be accepted after this date.
3. Five winners each, picked at random, will receive one HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless, one box of Data Copy Everyday Printing, 80 gsm, A4 and one box of Data Copy Colour Printing, 100 gsm, A4.
4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is subject to change, and is non refundable, non exchangeable, and non transferable.
5. M-real Fine b.v., reserves the right without liability to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time if they feel that this promotion has been compromised in any way.
6. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of M-real Fine b.v., its agencies or their families. Access to the Internet is required.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted. The winner(s) will be the first correct entry name drawn at random by an independent person on 14th July 2010. The winner(s) will be announced by 31st July 2010.
8. The name of the prize winner may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to: M-real Fine b.v., Office Papers ba, Van Boshuizenstraat 12, 1083 BA Amsterdam, Netherlands.
9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
10. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
11. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
