1. Your personal details may be used by DeskDemon to contact you in regards to this or other promotions.
2. The closing date is 5.00pm on 1st April 2011. No entries will be accepted after this date.
3. The booker will be rewarded a Magnum of Bollinger with their first booking.
4. You will be contacted by Centreline Air Charter Ltd with regard to the reward.
5. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, is subject to change, and is non refundable, non exchangeable, and non transferable.
6. Centreline Air Charter Ltd may at any time and for any reason elect to change or withdraw the reward and shall not be liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss occasioned by any such election or by failure, however caused, to fulfil the terms of this reward.
7. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Centreline Air Charter Ltd, its agencies or their families. Access to the Internet is required.
8. The Promoter's decision is final on any situation including any not covered in these terms and conditions and no correspondence will be entered into concerning any decisions made.
9. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
10. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
11. This promotion is governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall apply.
