Attachment guards
Want to make sure you never forget to attach a file to your e-mails again?
I used to have this brilliant little (free!) program called 'Attachment Guard' that scanned all outgoing emails and prompted me if I mentioned attachments but forgot to, well, attach them! A couple of PC reinstalls later and I'm without this little tool. I still cannot find the original software, but have found this one, priced at $14.95 (third item down on this page):-

Outlook 2002 mail merge
How to merge specific contacts from Outlook 2002 to Word to create a mailing list for labels.
1. In word, select tools - letters and mailings - mail merge wizard
2. Document type is labels
3. Then do your document layout and label option
Step three allows you to select recipients from Outlook (either a whole folder or by selecting individual recipients).
