1. Your personal details may be used by DeskDemon to contact you in regards to this or other promotions, however your personal details will NOT be disclosed to Avery or any other third parties.
2. The closing date is 5.30 pm on the 12th November, 2008 No sample requests will be accepted after this date.
3. The sample cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to change, and is non refundable, non exchangeable, and non transferable, and subject to availability.
4. Avery reserves the right without liability to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time if they feel that this promotion has been compromised in any way.
5. Samples are available to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Avery and DeskDemon, its agencies or their families. Access to the Internet is required for sample redemption.
6. The sample is of Avery® Filing Labels.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted. 1 x sample will be sent to the first 2000 requests to be received.
8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
9. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
10. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
