Terms & Conditions

  1. Your personal details may be used by DeskDemon to contact you in regards to this or other promotions, however your personal details will NOT be disclosed to NewellRubbermaid Service Co Ltd or any other third parties with the exception of the Reviewer's details.
  2. The review opportunity is only open to DeskDemon users, office professionals only, resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland. The review opportunity is not open to employees (or members of their families) of DeskDemon, NewellRubbermaid Service Co Ltd, their subsidiaries, agents or anyone connected with the competition. NewellRubbermaid Service Co Ltd will determine if you are a user of DeskDemon. Access to the internet is required.
  3. 2 people will be chosen to review the LabelManager 500TS machine, worth £200 and allowed to keep it providing their written reviews have been submitted to DeskDemon by 28th May 2012.
  4. The selection to find a reviewer starts on 10th April, 2012 and will run for 4 weeks until Tuesday, 7th May 2012 at GMT 1700 hours. No entries will be accepted after this date.
  5. To be considered for this opportunity to review the product, you need to tell us, in no more than 30 words, why you think this product could work for you and/or your boss
  6. Entries not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Entries can only be submitted on the web form provided.
  7. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the LabelManager 500TS featured.
  8. Newell Rubbermaid UK Services Co Ltd will use the reviews for further materials. NewellRubbermaid UK Services will endeavour to work with the reviewers to become a Dymo Ambassador for further activity with DeskDemon. This is not obligatory for either of the reviewers.
  9. NewellRubbermaid Service Co Ltd reserves the right without liability to withdraw, amend or supersede this promotion at any time it believes, in its sole discretion, that this promotion has been compromised in any way, is not capable or is likely to not be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these Terms and Conditions, due to events beyond its control including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug, automated voting or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion.
  10. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any reviewer. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
  11. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
  12. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
