Terms & Conditions

  1. Your personal details may be used by DeskDemon to contact you in regards to this or other promotions, however your personal details will NOT be disclosed to Canon UK Ltd or any other third parties with the exception of the winners' details.
  2. The closing date is midday on 14th September 2012. No entries will be accepted after this date.
  3. One winner, picked at random, will receive a pair of tickets to one of the dates over London Fashion Weekend, which takes place on 20th-23rd September, Travel costs are not included.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. The winner(s) will be the first entry name drawn at random by an independent person by 17th September 2012.
  5. The winner will be notified by telephone by DeskDemon.
  6. The winner has 8 hours after being contacted to respond to DeskDemon if return contact is not made within that time period the prize will be forfeited without exception.
  7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is subject to change, and is non refundable, non exchangeable, and non transferable.
  8. DeskDemon may at any time and for any reason elect to change or withdraw the Prize Draw and shall not be liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss occasioned by any such election or by failure, however caused, to fulfil the terms of this Prize Draw.
  9. Proof of sending entries is not proof of receipt and DeskDemon does not accept any responsibility for incomplete or illegible entries. No responsibility will be taken for lost entries.
  10. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of DeskDemon, Canon UK Ltd, its agencies or their families. Access to the Internet is required.
  11. The name of the prize winner(s) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to: DeskDemon.com Ltd, Terminal House, Station Approach, Shepperton, Middlesex TW17 8AS
  12. The Promoter's decision is final on any situation including any not covered in these terms and conditions and no correspondence will be entered into concerning any decisions made.
  13. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
  14. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
  15. This promotion is governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall apply.
