How much notice
is needed to set up a conference call? |

A conference call can be arranged
at a minute's notice, although the more time you allow the
easier it will be for you to distribute the dial-in details
to the participants. |

Will I be charged if the
call doesn't take place or is cancelled? |
A. |
3+ do not normally charge
if a conference call does not take place (i.e. a 'no show')
and there are no cancellation fees. However, we are always
grateful if you can let us know in advance if a conference
call is not going to take place. |

Will our conference call
be disconnected if it exceeds the pre-booked duration? |
A. |
It is extremely unusual for
a call to be disconnected even if the conference starts late
or runs over time. If a situation does arise an operator will
join the conference and inform you. |

What should I do if I cannot
access the conference call? |

If you experience any difficulties
in joining your conference call please contact our 24 hour
helpline on 0870 444 1066 (+44 152 757 4882), and an operator
will immediately transfer you into your conference. |

Some of my participants
are based overseas - can they still dial into the conference? |
A. |
International calls can be
made into all conference calls (excluding 0800 numbers). Overseas
participants should dial 0044 followed by the dial in number.
Please ensure all international callers are aware of the 3+
helpline number in case they experience any difficulties accessing
the conference. |

Do I need any specialist
equipment in order to join a conference call? |

No, you can access your conference
call using any landline or mobile phone, within the UK or
Internationally. However, if you are using a mobile phone,
please ensure that you find a good location in order to maximise
the quality of your line. |
