Terms & Conditions

  1. Your personal details may be used by DeskDemon to contact you in regards to this or other promotions, however your personal details will NOT be disclosed to Marriott Hotels Ltd or any other third parties with the exception of the short listed possible winner's details.
  2. The closing date is 5.00pm on Friday 27th March 2009. No entries will be accepted after this date.
  3. The chosen winner will receive a twin or double room for the nights of the 17th & 18th April 2009 at a 5 star Marriott hotel in London including breakfast for two each morning, lunch on Saturday 18th April and 3-course dinner for two on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th April. All other extras to be settled by the guests upon departure. The winner and their guest will be expected to pay for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
  4. By accepting the prize, you agree to allow Marriott Hotels Ltd and DeskDemon.com usage of the film and review for publicity purposes.
  5. A shortlist of possible winners will be made and the final winner will be selected following a brief telephone interview.
  6. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is subject to change, and is non refundable, non exchangeable, and non transferable.
  7. Marriott Hotels Ltd reserves the right without liability to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time if they feel that this promotion has been compromised in any way.
  8. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Marriott Hotel Ltd, its agencies or their families. Access to the Internet is required.
  9. Only one entry per person is permitted. The winner will be announced by 3rd April 2009.
