1. Your personal details may be used by DeskDemon to contact you in regards to this or other promotions, however your personal details will NOT be disclosed to Old Swan and Minster Mill, Marks & Spencer or any other third parties .
2. The closing date is 5.00pm on 31 May 2012. No entries will be accepted after this date.
3. One winner, picked at random, will receive a two night complimentary B&B stay at The Old Swan and Minster Mill, Cotswolds for two people. This includes a three course gastro dinner on one night plus two x superior spa treatments up to the value of £50. Plus £100 towards travel expenses. The prize can be taken within 12 months from the month the winner is drawn, subject to availability and excludes public bank holidays.
   
   Two winners, picked at random, will each receive Marks & Spencer gift cards to the value of £100.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, is subject to change, and is non refundable, non exchangeable, and non transferable.
6. DeskDemon reserves the right without liability to withdraw, amend or supersede this promotion at any time it believes, in its sole discretion, that this promotion has been compromised in any way, is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these Terms & Conditions, due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug, automated voting or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion).
7. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of DeskDemon, its agencies or their families. Access to the Internet is required.
