It's Make a Difference Day on 29 October. Just think of the difference you could make to a local charity by giving even just 1 hour of your time a month. They may welcome someone with superb administration skills who can speedily get through tasks which would take the volunteers they already have on board four or five times the time it takes you! And you can help out a passion or cause close to your heart at the same time! We'll be talking about the benefits of volunteering to you and your career, so look out for this as Make a Difference Day approaches.
