Clubs on site (from A-Z literally - Argentine Tango to European Folk Dancing to Photography to Gardening (with community garden plots available) to Horseback riding and more). 403(b) equivalent to a 401(k) but for educational institutions Employer deposits of 10% of your salary into an equivalent account (not a match, a straight deposit) Flex time Medical insurance, dental, etc. (which is available with as few as 28 hours worked a week) On site childcare Fitness Center, employee leagues (golf, bowling, volleyball, badminton, etc.) Scholarships for employee's children on site credit union Phased retirement Insurance for retirees Plus I work on 10 square miles of restored prairie and wetlands with jogging / biking trails and other natural beauty. My building has a fitness facility one time fee of $100 unlimited use during flexible business hours 401k partial match Decent but costly insurance options, vision, dental and legal Current time off is amazing (but I'm over the first time jump) Working from home or flex time not really an option The purchasing department has set up some discount programs, for example park and fly discount, travel assistance through our travel agent, clothing store discounts - I haven't taken advantage of any of these but the one I want to look into is Apple! - Quarterly bonus (10% of your yearly salary) - Major medical insurance in addition to regular medical insurance, plus on-site doctor services - Life insurance - Childcare - Transportation cost assistance - Supermarket bonus cards - Free access to a nearby sports center - 401K type of savings accounts - Christmas savings account - Tuition assistance In addition, we have regular visits from mortgage lending institutions that offer great opportunities specially designed for our company. We have 401k, company team building events where we win prizes, the CEO hands out personal perks that he has come across at times. I wish we had some of the bonues others have listed, but... what can I say, we are ok.
