I keep my phone on my desk at all times. AND my company provides employees a cell phone which can be used for personal calls/texts as well as business needs.
Title: Re: Cell phones on desks Post by: sanpet on September 08, 2017, 07:57:30 pm I am in a mid size company and my department has double standards! My boss texts me and calls my cell phone all the time. She is out of the office a lot, but... there is a policy no cell phones in the office. This is an old policy and I think the times are changing. Maybe.. .that is something I will think of a "how" to implement and offer and idea and a solution.. hmmm! I like it!
